Kacey Wells

Kacey has a very diversified background in real estate.  He started in construction as a Residential Superintendent with a production home builder in the Houston area.  He has held positions in both construction and sales for multiple low, middle, and high-end home builders.  In addition, he has built several custom homes here in the Hill Country as well as won awards for his sales accomplishments in the custom home construction industry.  In 2016 he made the switch from the construction side of the real estate industry to the brokerage side and he has been a licensed Realtor ever since.  Kacey has been extremely successful in helping both buying and selling clients across nearly every category of real estate transaction in multiple markets including Bandera, Bexar, Comal, Gillespie, Guadalupe, Kendall, Kerr, Real, and Wilson Counties.  In addition to the traditional roles of buying and selling homes he brings a variety of talents and skills to his Realtor repertoire including construction, inspections, and land evaluation.

Kacey has been married to his amazing wife Tami for 19 years.  They have lived in Boerne with their two daughters, Addie (17) and Macie Kate (14), for 16 years.  His first and foremost passion is his relationship with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.  They are devoted members and very active in their church, Currey Creek, where they serve in several capacities.  He loves history, reading, and sports, and is a former strength, conditioning, and speed coach of 12 years for Collegiate, Olympic, and Professional athletes.  He still does some coaching in his spare time working with athletes who simply ask for his help.  He is originally from Stone Mountain, Georgia where he grew up with his parents and two sisters before getting degrees from Georgia Southern University and Georgia State University.  He is a big fan of his Alma Mater, the Georgia Southern Eagles, as well as his childhood team the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets.  He's also a fan of the Texas A&M Fightin Aggies and Baylor Bears thanks to his beautiful Aggie-Bear wife!!!!
